Educational guide
Read the wagering line before you opt in
Welcome offers are structured products with conditions. This page explains the usual clauses in neutral language — no specific promotional claims.
Wagering
What “x times” usually means
A wagering (or playthrough) requirement states how many times bonus funds — or bonus plus deposit — must be staked before related winnings can be withdrawn. A 30x bonus on £20 of bonus credit means £600 of qualifying stakes, not a guarantee you will reach that total.
Always check whether the multiplier applies to bonus only or to deposit + bonus. That single detail changes the real workload.
Weighting
Why slots and live tables contribute differently
Many promotions count slot stakes at 100% toward wagering while table games and live dealer bets contribute less — sometimes zero. If your interest is live roulette, a spins-heavy welcome package may be a poor fit even when the headline looks generous.
Time & caps
Expiry, max bets and win caps
Offers expire. Max bet rules during wagering can void a bonus if crossed. Some packages cap convertible winnings. None of these clauses are optional once you accept — they sit in the operator’s full terms.
Practical checklist
Before you tick “accept”
- Confirm the wagering base (bonus vs deposit + bonus).
- Scan game contribution tables for live and table games.
- Note the expiry window and any max-bet figure.
- Decide whether you would open the account without the offer.
Wager Foundry Lane does not invent offer amounts. Where we mention offer type on the homepage, treat figures as directional and verify on the operator site. Ad В· 18+ В· T&Cs apply.
